Horrible design

I bought this for our micro mini donkeys to slow their eating. This thing is horrible. You literally have to untie it completely to fill it and then spend the next 10 minutes trying to tie it back up to close it. It's definitely not worth the price. I tried contacting customer service but they never responded. I have bought several halters from this company and had a good experience but I will never buy again. This product is a bad design and their customer service has gone down hill.

Very sturdy tough material, extremely well made. Slows eating without my mare getting frustrated. I would definitely recommend. The ropes that come with it are a bit short and fray easily but super easy to replace no problem!
